590 Series | Capsule Pressure Gauge

Razer Precision Instruments (RPI)

The RPI 590 Series is a capsule pressure gauge designed for measuring low-pressure and vacuum conditions with improved sensitivity. Its capsule sensing element allows for accurate detection of small pressure changes that standard Bourdon tube gauges may not capture effectively.

Built with a compact design and brass internals, the 590 Series is ideal for low-pressure gas systems where precision at low ranges is critical.

With multiple size and configuration options, it provides reliable performance in specialized low-pressure applications.

Typical Applications:
Low-pressure gas systems, HVAC, laboratory systems, air flow monitoring, and vacuum applications

PERFORMANCE ADVANTAGES

Why the RPI 590 Series Gauge Performs Where It Counts

LOW PRESSURE SENSITIVITY

Capsule element design allows accurate measurement of very low pressures and vacuum conditions. Improves visibility into systems where small variations matter.

IMPROVED MEASUREMENT RESOLUTION

Provides better resolution at low ranges compared to standard Bourdon gauges. Enhances system control and monitoring.

COMPACT AND SPECIALIZED DESIGN

Designed specifically for low-pressure service, ensuring reliable performance without over-sizing equipment.

CONSISTENT PERFORMANCE IN GAS SYSTEMS

Maintains stable readings in low-pressure gas applications, improving system reliability.
