650 Series | Forged x Forged Pressure Gauge

Razer Precision Instruments (RPI)

The RPI 650 Series is a forged brass pressure gauge designed for compact, high-strength applications where durability and reliability are essential. Featuring a forged body construction, it provides enhanced structural integrity compared to standard machined designs.

With a phosphorus bronze Bourdon tube and brass movement, the 650 Series delivers consistent pressure measurement across a wide range of applications. Its compact 2-1/2” dial size makes it suitable for installations where space is limited but performance cannot be compromised.

Designed for industrial service, the 650 Series offers a durable and reliable solution for both gas and liquid pressure monitoring.

Typical Applications:
Hydraulic systems, air systems, compressors, industrial equipment, and general pressure monitoring

PERFORMANCE ADVANTAGES

Why the RPI 650 Series Gauge Performs Where It Counts

STRENGTH AND STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY

Forged brass construction provides improved strength and resistance to mechanical stress compared to cast or machined housings. This increases durability in high-pressure and vibration-prone environments.

COMPACT WITHOUT PERFORMANCE LOSS

Maintains full pressure measurement capability in a smaller footprint. Ideal for tight installations where standard gauge sizes are not practical.

RELIABLE MEASUREMENT IN SYSTEMS

Precision movement and Bourdon tube ensure consistent readings across varying conditions. Supports stable operation in both gas and liquid service.

ENHANCED VIBRATION RESISTANCE

Liquid-filled configurations reduce pointer flutter and internal wear. Improves readability and extends service life in dynamic systems.
