OILFIELD BALL VALVES
GWC USA
The GWC USA Oilfield Ball Valve is a two-piece carbon steel oil patch valve for wellsite isolation and shut-off. A free floating ball energizes the downstream seat under line pressure, and the fire-safe design holds an effective seal in an upset.
An anti-blow out stem, a trunnion-style stem with dual O-rings, and a stem lube fitting with weather seal keep it reliable in the field. A double-D stem indicates position, a standard locking device secures it, and a relief-hole option equalizes pressure for freeze-resistant service.
Available in sizes 1" through 4" and 1000 to 5000 PSI WOG, the valve carries 316SS or 420SS trim, pressure-matched RPTFE, Delrin, or PEEK seats, and an A216 WCB body tested to API 598. The 8RD EUE model adds tubing-thread connections, and a lever operator is standard.
Typical Applications:
Gas blowdown service, tank batteries for storage or production, production wing valves on low-pressure gas wells, production flow lines, water, oil, and gas gathering systems, and freeze-resistant service.

PERFORMANCE ADVANTAGES
Why the GWC oilfield ball valve perform where it counts.
BUILT FOR THE WELLSITE
The rugged two-piece carbon steel body, stem lube fitting, and weather seal are designed for the exposed, high-cycle conditions of production and gathering service. The valve keeps working where general-purpose valves foul or seize.
AT-A-GLANCE POSITION AND SECURITY
The double-D stem flat shows open or closed position without a separate indicator, and the standard locking device holds the valve where it is set. That reduces operator error during blowdown and isolation.
FREEZE-RESISTANT OPTION
An upstream relief hole equalizes trapped cavity pressure, preventing the cavity-freeze problems that crack conventional ball valves in cold, wet gas service. That extends life in winter and high-moisture applications.
PRESSURE-MATCHED SEAT MATERIALS
Seat material steps from RPTFE to Delrin to PEEK as pressure rises, matching the seat to the service rather than forcing one compromise. That maintains reliable shut-off from 1000 up to 5000 PSI WOG.
